Last Saturday, we had our first of hopefully many community art days. The hope had been to have it up at the allotment, but of course the weather did not cooperate, so instead we ventured down to the Ark. The day was filled with painting, drawing, cups of tea and Thomas' dirty hands from finger painting! The work was beautiful. The company was beautiful! The day was beautiful despite the bad weather outside! We rounded out the day with a lovely barbeque. The weather cooperated enough for that! Hopefully this will become a monthly tradition!
